The Latest Audio Justice Status Updates

‘Overdrawn At The Memory Bank’ is the debut album from Audio Justice. All twelve tracks were recorded over a six month period in 2007. The album was written, recorded, produced and performed in its entirety by Dan.

About Overdrawn At The Memory Bank

Following an intensive six month recording period, ‘Overdrawn At The Memory Bank’ was mastered by Dave Wooster at Koolworld (Van Morrison / The Killers / Eric Clapton / Elvis Costello / Gary Moore / Leona Lewis / Get Cape Wear Cape Fly) and showcases Dan’s unique songwriting abilities, as well as his talent on a variety of instruments.

“The disc starts with ‘Overdrawn’ before moving onto one of the album’s highlights, ‘Perfect Lovesong’. If the Foo Fighters had released this it would have been a dead cert hit; a gentle summery song with class written all over it.’ – PowerPlay Magazine

“The new Audio Justice album should be used to beat to death every apathetic A&R man in the country and then listened to by everyone everywhere at least once! 5/5″ – Kerrang magazine

“Dan Furr is like the UK’s very own Dave Grohl; writing, recording and playing everything himself! And the end product sounds as good as the Foo Fighters!” – Heart FM

Influenced by acts as diverse as Pink Floyd, Prince, Foo Fighters, Megadeth and The Cure, Audio Justice has been well received all over the UK. Audio Justice live shows have always been a great experience (performing alongside bands such as Enter Shikari, The Subways and Saxon) but it is in the studio where Dan really comes into his own. Overdrawn At The Memory Bank is testament to this and the positive response in the UK, as well as mainland Europe and the USA, has been a nod in the right direction for Dan’s continued recorded output.

“This high standard of musicianship is an inspiration to all. Overflowing with quality songs. A real breath of fresh air for rock. Awesome!” – Killer Dynamite magazine

“This is a very accomplished album that the band, or Dan as he’s otherwise known, can be very proud of. It’s quite amazing that some major label hasn’t snapped Audio Justice up. This is really good stuff.” – PowerPlay Magazine

2010 promises to be an exciting year for Audio Justice as Dan begins work on the new album ‘House Of Cards’. The Audio Justice website will serve as a diary of the album’s progress so keep checking back or sign up to receive the newsletter.
